Doing business today means leading and working with people from many cultures. This two-day programme is built on The Culture Map by INSEAD professor Erin Meyer. It shows where working cultures differ and how to adjust, so teams, clients and partners understand each other.

Programme
Day 1. Sharing your culture; introduction to The Culture Map; the first four dimensions: Communicating, Evaluating, Leading and Deciding.
Day 2. The final four dimensions: Trusting, Disagreeing, Scheduling and Persuading.
Your facilitator
Robyn de Villiers is founder and CEO of The Three Cs and founder of Burson Africa. She has more than 30 years of experience advising global organisations on reputation management and strategic communications, and built a network of partner offices across 53 countries. She has led training and coaching programmes for over 30 years. Erin Meyer describes her as part of her five-person global team of certified Culture Map consultants.
